    Check your email for your new ID and password necessary for the website login.

  • Step 3

    Make your registration fee payment online at the website.

  • Step 4

    Check your email for payment confirmation. (Your registration has been successfully completed.)

  • Registration Fees include conference kit and lunches during the conference.
  • If you register as a student or a trainee, please submit a proof of status issued within 6 months of the registration.

Instructions

  • Invitation letters will be sent upon request to participants who completed registration and payment.
  • If you request for an invitation, please fill out the online REQUEST FORM.
  • If you need an original invitation letter, USD 30 will be charged as for the postage.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you have already registered for meeting and find that you are unable to attend or cancel the paper, please notify the secretariat in writing to request a refund and cancel your registration. Refund will be made upon receipt of this written notice after the conference.
  • All bank service charges are to be paid by the registrant.

  • Cancelling registration by phone is NOT accepted.
  • To transfer registration fee to another is not allowed.

Registration Guidelines

  • Registration confirmation letter will be sent after your payment deposit is confirmed.
  • Registration confirmation letter will be sent within 3 days of your payment.
  • Please contact secretariat if you cannot receive the letter after 3 days.
  • It will proceed much more quickly if you pay your fee on the day of the registration request.
  • Your registration will be canceled if your registration fee is not paid in the period of the early bird.
  • After the period of Advanced Registration, you can register only on site.

  • 부분평점 인정기준 (1일 기준)
    • 2시간 초과 - 3시간 이하: 3평점
    • 3시간 초과 - 4시간 이하: 4평점
    • 4시간 초과 - 5시간 이하: 5평점
    • 5시간 초과: 6평점

※ 출결관리가 강화되어 교육 수강 시작 전, 수강 종료 후 두 번의 출석 확인이 되지 않는 경우 평점 부여가 되지 않으니 이 점 유의해 주시기 바랍니다.

Cancellation & Refund

  • If you have already registered for meeting and find that you are unable to attend or cancel the registration, please notify the secretariat in writing to request a refund and cancel your registration.
  • After the period of Advanced Registration (~Oct.19), Refund requests will not be considered.
  • Refund Value will be made within a month of the closing day, excluding a commission fee required for the procedure.
