02. Abstract Submission Process

  • Step 1

    Log-on or sign up myAACR (https://myaacr.aacr.org/) and click “Abstracts” to be directed to the New AACR Online Submission System.

  • Step 2

    Click “View All Activities” to find the 2018 AACR-KCA Joint Conference on Precision Medicine in Solid Tumors.

  • Step 3

    Click the “Create Submissions” button to begin.

03. Presentation Type

Selected presentations who demonstrate the highest levels of scientific and clinical impact will be recognized by scientific committee. In this session, original articles that are not presented in international conferences are required and will be presented in English

Guidelines for the Poster Session

  • For selected abstracts for the poster session, the recommended Poster size is 90cm(W) X 120cm(H) (*Maximum Poster board size: 100cm(W) X 180cm(H))
  • The AACR will provide poster numbers and pushpins

Guidelines for the Short Talk Presenter

  • All presenter who have been accepted for the short talk program gives a lecture in English for 10 minutes (Q&A included).
  • Instructions will be sent to the Abstract Presenters with the date, time, and format for those presentations.

04. Abstract Format

- Abstract Submissions will only be accepted electronically; paper abstract will not be accepted.

Detailed Abstract Submission Guideline

- Only those abstracts that have been reviewed and selected by the Conference Co-chairs may be presented. Please be sure to carefully check your abstract for content errors, spelling, names, etc. before submitting. The AACR does not proofread or correct spelling, typographical, grammatical, or scientific errors, nor can changes be made once the abstract is submitted. 05. Notification of Acceptance

All individuals listed as ABSTRACT PRESENTERS will be notified of acceptance or rejection by email approximately six weeks after the abstract submission deadline. Notices and instructions will be sent to the email address provided at the time of abstract submission. If an abstract is not selected for presentation, the presenter may request a full refund of the registration fee by contacting the AACR-KCA Joint Conference Secretariat at aacr-kca@mci-group.kr.

06. Abstract Withdrawal

The request of withdrawal after the abstract submission must be only by written from the abstract presenter through email(programs@aacr.org) and must be received at least 30 days prior to the start of the conference.

The first author or corresponding author may request a correction of error (e.g. typos, grammatical errors)

If the presenting author does not register for AACR-KCA Joint Conference by the registration due date his/her abstract will be automatically cancelled.
